I ordered the wrong amount. Can I make a correction?
As long as the order has not shipped, meaning you have not received a tracking number, then yes, we can correct it for you!
I received a notification saying my item was on its way, but there's no tracking link.
Please allow up to 24-72 hours to receive the tracking number. If you haven't received it after that amount of time, please contact us!
Can I cancel my order?
If the item has not shipped, we can cancel it. If it has been shipped, meaning you have received a tracking number, then unfortunately, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
How long are the shipping times?
All items are generally shipped within 1-3 days after purchasing, and usually arrive within 3-5 days after that!
