I ordered the wrong color. Can I make a correction?

As long as the order has not completed, meaning you have not received a tracking number, then yes, we can exchange it for a color of your liking. 

I received a notification saying my item was on its way, but there's no tracking link. 

Please allow up to 24-72 hours to receive the tracking number. If you haven't received it after that amount of time, please contact us!

Can I cancel my order?

If the item has not been processed, we can cancel it. If it has been shipped, meaning you have received a tracking number, then unfortunately, it will not be eligible for cancellation. 

How long are the shipping times?

Due to the overwhelming number of orders, as well as our limited staff due to Covid-19, most orders will be delivered within 12-20 days. We strive to give our customers the satisfaction they deserve, so we do our best to get all the orders to our customers as fast as possible.
