Refunds and Cancellations

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, or it arrives damaged, we will gladly accept your refund within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be in brand new condition, meaning unopened, untorn, and unused. Most refunds will require the shipment of the product back to one of our facilities. Once we confirm the item has been delivered, we will issue a 100% refund. We require photos of all items requesting a return to make sure they comply with our refund policy.
